I understand why these questions arise. We have all been taught to think in a similar way. When we have a headache, we look for a solution for the headache. If we cannot sleep, we want something for insomnia. If anxiety appears, we look for a method to soothe that state.
For most of us, this is a natural way of thinking. The problem is that the organism does not function according to such simple rules.
A symptom is information. It is a message, an attempt to draw our attention to the fact that balance has been disturbed within the organism.
When the oil warning light turns on in a car, we do not remove the bulb to make the problem disappear. We try to understand why the warning light came on. Yet in the modern world, we often focus only on the warning light itself. We want to get rid of the signal as quickly as possible, without asking what caused it.
Over the years of my work, I have seen many people suffering from the same complaints.
At first glance, they looked similar: migraine, insomnia, fatigue, tinnitus, joint pain.
But when I looked at the whole organism, it turned out that behind the same symptom there were completely different stories.
One person was exhausted by years of overload.
Another lived in constant tension.
A third had lost the ability to regenerate.
A fourth had long ignored the signals coming from their own body.
The symptom was the same, but the causes were different.
People often ask me for ready-made protocols, lists of points, or sets of tuning forks assigned to specific problems.
I fully understand the need for such solutions. They give a sense of safety because they create the impression that there is a simple recipe for health.
But the human organism is not a machine produced according to a single pattern.
There are no two identical life stories.
There are no two identical patterns of tension.
There are no two identical organisms.
That is why the same symptom does not always need the same information.
This is exactly why, in Dźwiękopunktura™, I attach such great importance to the Axis.
Before we begin working with a specific problem, it is worth checking whether the organism has access to its natural mechanisms of regulation at all, and whether it is able to find its own rhythm.
Can it respond adequately to the situation?
Has it perhaps been functioning for years in a state of overload, compensation, or constant struggle?
Only then do symptoms begin to arrange themselves into a larger whole.
They stop being separate problems.
They become part of one story.
My goal is never to fight the symptom.
I do not try to silence it or drown it out.
I simply try to understand why it appeared, because the symptom is not the enemy.
It is the final signal the organism sends when earlier signals have been overlooked.
That is why, in Dźwiękopunktura™, I do not first ask:
“How do I remove the symptom?”
I ask:
“What is the organism trying to tell me through this symptom?”
Very often, true change begins with that answer.
