The longer I worked with people, however, the more clearly I saw the absurdity of these assignments.
Life is not made of isolated values.
Life is made of relationships.
Imagine hearing one sound.
It may be beautiful, clear, and resonant, but it still remains only a single sound.
Music appears only when a relationship arises between sounds.
And it is precisely this relationship that creates melody, tension, movement.
It creates meaning.
It is similar with letters.
A single letter does not create a word.
A single word does not yet create a story.
Meaning is born between elements.
Not within the elements themselves.
For many years, modern medicine has accustomed us to thinking about the organism in terms of separate parts: the heart, the liver, the stomach, the hormonal system, the nervous system.
Yet the organism does not work in this way, because it is not a collection of independent elements.
It is a network of constantly communicating relationships.
A change in one place affects many other places.
One decision of the organism initiates further responses.
One rhythm influences the next rhythm.
Life is a relationship.
The state of health is also a relationship.
This is precisely why, in Dźwiękopunktura™, the central element of the work is not a single frequency.
It is the interval: the relationship between two sounds.
It is this relationship that carries information.
So I do not work with one tuning fork.
I do not look for one frequency assigned to a specific problem.
I work with the mutual interaction of two frequencies — with relationship, dialogue, and the space between.
Because this is where information arises.
Many people believe that the effectiveness of therapy depends on the intensity of action, the strength of the stimulus, its loudness, or the power of vibration.
On how strongly something is felt.
And yet the most important information in our lives rarely reaches us in this way.
We do not remember it because it was loud.
We remember it because it had meaning.
In Dźwiękopunktura™, I am therefore not interested in the force of impact.
I am interested only in the quality of information, because that is the essence of the work.
Perhaps this is why reports about single frequencies assigned to specific symptoms or tasks have never fascinated me.
The organism does not function like a set of separate switches.
There is no single button responsible for health or a state of balance.
What I have observed for years shows something entirely different.
The organism is constantly trying to find the right relationships:
between activation and rest,
between tension and relaxation,
between action and regeneration,
and also between the inner world and the environment.
If health is a relationship, then information that supports health should also have a relational character.
This is why the fundamental tool of work in Dźwiękopunktura™ is not a single sound.
It is the interval.
When we first encounter tuning forks, we most often pay attention to frequencies.
This is natural, because numbers are easy to describe and compare.
They are easy to remember.
Over time, however, something else becomes increasingly interesting.
Not the sound itself.
Not the number.
But the relationship that arises between them.
This relationship became the foundation of Dźwiękopunktura™.
Because life is not a single sound.
Life is a relationship.
